We’re looking for a legal professional who understands that a strong development begins with a strong foundation. You’ll be responsible for legal due diligence, property documentation, regulatory compliance, and legal coordination across real estate transactions and projects in Karnataka.
What you’ll do
- Draft and review sale deeds, lease agreements, MoUs, joint venture agreements and construction contracts.
- Conduct property title verification, encumbrance checks and land record reviews.
- Ensure compliance with RERA, Karnataka land laws and applicable municipal regulations.
- Identify legal risks and recommend practical solutions.
- Coordinate with legal counsel, government authorities and internal teams on approvals, registrations and litigation matters.
- Maintain legal documentation, compliance records and project-related checklists.
What we’re looking for
- LL.B from a recognised university, with enrolment in the Karnataka State Bar Council.
- Experience in property law, land acquisition, legal due diligence and real estate agreements.
- Strong understanding of Karnataka land regulations and RERA.
- Proficiency in Kannada, including reading revenue records.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
- A detail-oriented, ethical and independent approach to work.

We believe thoughtful architecture goes beyond how a space looks. It considers how that space works, feels and evolves with the people who use it. We’re looking for a Project Architect who can translate design intent into well-coordinated, technically sound residential developments, from design development through execution.
What you’ll do
- Develop and refine architectural concepts, layouts and design proposals.
- Prepare and review working drawings, Good for Construction (GFC) drawings and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape and other project consultants.
- Review drawings, resolve design conflicts and maintain documentation standards.
- Work closely with site teams to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
- Manage project deliverables, timelines and coordination milestones.
- Guide junior architects and interns while contributing to design standards and workflows.
What we’re looking for
- B.Arch from a recognised institution.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural design, technical documentation and project coordination.
- Mandatory proficiency: AutoCAD, SketchUp and Enscape.
- Preferred proficiency: Rhino and Revit.
- Strong understanding of building detailing, materials and construction practices.
- Excellent design sensibility, attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- The ability to take ownership while working collaboratively with a team.
